its hard to explain exactly what im struggling with, but ive been struggeling with depression for about 1,5 year now and that brings me down alot, ofc i have my ups and downs but when i get down its like im falling 10x harder than i normally would do without depression wich cause alot of pain where i just feel like im never good enough and im just falling apart and so on.
